Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Company returned my phone call - refunded my money and cancelled my subscription going forward.

Based on my bank statement I was recently charged 99.00 for what I am assuming was an auto renewal. I did not approve this auto renewal and would like a refund. Also at the very least I need to cancel my membership for next year so that I am not charged again.

Tried to steal money

I made an account and I noticed that the site is not interesting, and I forgot about it.

Then I received monthly email saying that I have to pay if not they will close my account, so I didn't did anything because they said that they will close the account.

After many months with same issue I decided to try to close the account to avoid this spam. From account you can't close it, you need to update the payment first.

I wrote to support and they said that they cancelled my account.

And I checked on web and account was closed.

Now I received another email that they are trying to take money from my account. Good that I used a virtual account and not a real account.

Take care, they are just trying to take money legally or not from your account, there is no value in what they are selling.

I joined Apex4Kids last May (2019) After a month I decided it was not what I expected so asked for a refund. Was notified that I needed to fill out a form. I did. I just expected a refund and didn't really check on it. Now it is a year later and Apex4Kids has charged me for the yearly renewal. I am unable to find the form again (no longer supported) and I am really upset. I want a refund for the previous $59.00 AND a refund of the current $59.00 charged this year!

They renewed my subscription, I tried to cancel but they said my 30 days are over. I have sent this email to them weeks before. They try to apologize saying that they have had an influx of emails. Not my problem they are getting too many emails. style="I want a refund but they are not . Scammers making money. Teach the kids that angle. Scamming always makes money!

It appears a member of our Concierge staff, issued you a courtesy half refund. As an additional courtesy, we have issued a refund for the rest of your renewal purchase.

I signed up for Apex4Kids.com in July and cancelled through email within the first 7 day free trial period so I would not be billed. Received a confirmation email that my subscription was cancelled, but I just noticed that they have been taking out payments each month. Unable to reach company through the number listed.

Same. Pissed.

I can’t get in touch with these people. The number listed isn’t theirs. Can’t get them by phone. Can’t get them on messenger or IG and they keep debiting my account.

I canceled this back in October and it’s now March. To Caleb Maddix’s dad: square away your customer service and stop being a crook. You’ve done something great by instilling great drive, mindset, and ambition in your son.

Don’t spoil it all by not mastering the whole game of being in business. You are doing Caleb a Huge disservice spoiling his name by just continuing to market while having garbage customer service.

Once I posted this review I was immediately contacted by Apex4Kids via email. I was provided a working phone number and spoke with an amazing customer service representative.

She explained the issue, promised to send me confirmation my account was closed, and promised to send confirmation of the refund. I do want to update that I did indeed receive a refund from the 2019 payment.

Why I couldn't find it through my bank at first I do not know. But I did find it and so I only needed a refund for $59.00 charged this year.

Fraudulent charges

I canceled in August of last year, and they even sent me a cancellation conformation email back then and today my bank account was charged $59 by these con artists. I'm beyond mad! These people should be ashamed of themselves it was 100% on purpose no doubt in my mind. Times are tough right now for a lot of people, but they don't have to be this desperate as to steal from their prior customers. I'm sorry I ever signed up way back when.

I got sucked in by the hype and stupidly joined which I immediately regretted knowing it was just not going to work for my son. So I cancelled and I still got billed $11.05 in August and $10.55 in December. I can't log in because I can't remember the username and the site doesn't recognize my email all of a sudden. Need to get in contact with these people to get my money back and get my card details removed.

The whole time we had this, the videos never played properly and there were always issues with the site. It got to the point where my kid didnt use it. I was then notified of an automated payment which I was never alerted of prior, and cant contact anywhere. The support page cannot be found , and the phone number states they subscriber cannot be reached, and no one replied to the text or email. Glad the kid behind this is rich though and learned great marketing and scam skills. Im kind of happy that my child didnt learn his shady ways

Money came out of my account which I did not authorise for this year

Money came out of my account unauthorised. The money was to feed my children.

I think it was very rude taking money from my account without my authority especially given there is a global crises at the moment. I have had to go to a food bank as that was my last hundred dollars until such time that I can get some money from either a job or the go government as with the covid I have not been able to find work and are waiting to get onto the centrelink assistance.

Bunzie, We are so sorry to hear about the issues that you have been running into. We went ahead and conducted a review of your ticket history, and it looks like we got one request to cancel your subscription on June 18th.

It appears to have an issue finding your account, and a member of our concierge staff requested information to find your billing history in the system. Unfortunately, we never heard back. It looks as if the most recent payment did not go through successfully, and we have refunded the payment that occurred on June 13th. That should reflect on your statement within the next 5-10 business days.

This company is a big con. When I found a charge I had not authorized, I wasn't able to reply to any marketing email or find any way to contact them on their website. I had to track customer service down through their Facebook page.

Having actually had responses they still refuse to refund the full amount that they have taken from my credit card without permission.

These guys are fraudulent and I suggest you steer clear of them with a 10-foot pole.

I haven't been able to log in to their site for months because my filters and security on my computer warn me their site isn't safe for a variety of reasons. This means I can't get in to cancel my account and they don't have a customer service number nor do they respond to emails.
